Event Details
If you had five minutes on stage, what would you say to Washington, DC? What if you only got 20 slides and they rotated automatically after 15 seconds?
On May 14th at 6 pm, 16 artists, technologists, entrepreneurs, and philosophers will answer this challenge at Ignite DC #1. The event will be held in the Captiol Riverfront area, at 55 M St SE, directly across from the Navy Yard Metro Station.
Tickets are free, but space is limited. Audience members who have RSVP'd through EventBrite will be admitted exclusively until 6:30 pm, at which point the event opens to the general public. Past Ignite events in neighboring city Baltimore have sold out fast, so RSVPs are recommended.
There will also be plenty of time to network with other professionals and make new connections, and we're working on getting some pizza--but don't worry, there will be beverages for purchase.
